Job Description:

• You will replace regular staff during illness or other short-term absences.
• You will be booked through our booking system TimeCarePool when there is a need and you have made yourself available.
• You contribute to a stimulating, meaningful, and educational home environment for our users.
• You will work at one or more of our nine group and service homes, addressing the individual needs of users based on their disabilities.
• Working within LSS means working with the individual's needs at the center, where their participation and self-determination are key principles.
• It is an educational and developing job, where responsiveness and reliability are crucial for the individual's trust in the organization and in you as a support assistant.
• You will also have pleasant and engaged colleagues.

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys providing service and working with people with disabilities.
• Preferably has a high school education in pedagogy or healthcare.
• Previous experience working within LSS is seen as an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Speaks, writes, and understands Swedish very well, as communication along with low-affect responses is your most important tool in working with our users.
